jPDF Secure CLI is a collection of libraries that let you, from the Windows command line, encrypt and decrypt PDF documents, and place different permissions on these documents.
As it is able to run from the command line, jPDF Secure CLI is ideal to reference the functions of the libraries from the source code of your programming languages. Among the permissions you can agree to/deny are, in addition to those referring to printing in high quality, are the following: permissions for copying ort extracting content, to modify, to add/modify notes to the PDF, to fill in forms with the PDF, etc.
For jPDF Secure CLI to work correctly you need to previously install Java Virtual Machine; if you don`t have it the program will automatically install it.
